What sustainable results do you get?
The success of group training lies in the specific composition of the group and the definition of the goals. I am happy to use my experience from more than 5 years of corporate training on various occasions (service groups / development centres / accessment centres / promotion panels) for this coordination.
After getting to know each other, the expectations of the group are recorded to include additions or to set certain focal points. The subsequent training always alternates between theory and practice blocks (in smaller working groups) to deepen and consolidate topics. At the end, there is a feedback round with a review of the participants’ expectations.
